Built on Swan Square in the centre of Burslem it commemorates the fallen from both World Wars. There are no names on the memorial, withe the only inscriptions being

Near the memorial in a plaque dedicated to Lance Sergeant J. D. Baskeyfield V.C. who was killed in Arnhem on 20 Sept 1944.
